Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of GreenRoom (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("GreenRoom", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

2. What GreenRoom is

GreenRoom is a sales-roleplay rehearsal tool. It generates a simulated buyer persona — using third-party AI models — that a user practices a sales conversation against, by voice and/or video, and receives automated coaching feedback afterward. The simulated buyer, the coaching feedback, and any account, company, or scenario details generated during a session are fictional or synthesized and do not represent real people, real companies, or professional advice of any kind.

3. Accounts

Accounts are managed through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Organizations may invite members and assign roles; an organization's administrators can see that organization's own usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate, store, or transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or bypass the intended behavior of the simulated buyer persona or scoring system, including through prompt injection targeting the underlying AI models;
Use the Service to make decisions about real, identifiable individuals based on simulated output;
Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service's availability or security, including the pre-launch access controls in place on this domain;
Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

5. Third-party AI processing

To operate, GreenRoom sends session data — including things you say or type during a practice call and, in video mode, live video/audio — to third-party AI providers for processing, currently:

Groq — generates the simulated buyer's responses and end-of-session coaching scorecard from a text transcript.
Our video avatar provider — generates the live video avatar and its voice in video-mode sessions.
Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — generates the simulated buyer's voice in audio-mode sessions.

Each provider processes this data under its own terms and privacy commitments; see our Privacy Policy for how we use what comes back.

6. Your content

Where you paste your own material into the Service (for example, a win story used to generate a practice scenario), you retain ownership of it. You grant us the license needed to process it — including sending it to the third-party providers listed above — solely to provide the Service to you.

7. No professional advice

Coaching feedback, scores, and generated scenarios are produced by automated systems for practice purposes only. They are not sales, legal, financial, or professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.

8. Availability and changes

GreenRoom is under active development and offered on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features, including which AI providers are used, may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify account administrators of material changes to these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, including abuse of the AI systems described above.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenRoom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on simulated buyer behavior or automated coaching output in a real sales conversation.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
